Sophie - Director/Mechanic/Finances
First of all a huge welcome to Miss Automotive, this has been a long time in the making and I'm so excited to share this personal journey with you all.
I am a fully qualified mechanic, however, I have dabbled in other sectors; estate agency being one, hospitality being another but in truth I knew cars always had my heart... Fast forward 6 years working for BMW in sales management and we come to the present day, heading further back to my roots and getting back under the hood! I want to create a safe, transparent (not to mention fun) place for you to purchase a car and have your vehicle serviced/modified/repaired. I am hoping to venture into the world of racewear aimed at females with design at the forefront.

Jack - Director/Head Mechanic Audi/BMW Specialist
Where do I begin? It's always been a life long dream of mine to have my own business and to be writing this still does seem quite surreal. I started as just a kid with an obsession for anything with wheels, I blame my dad for this, I didn't have a chance (think electric blue 600bhp Subaru STI with full engine rebuild, LED lights, custom exhaust)...
I obtained my Level 3 Mechanic degree in 2014 and assumed work at an independent garage in East Grinstead. I then progressed to Audi Crawley where I spent a few years before then joining BMW Croydon.
I have passed a host of technical courses with both retailers landing me with a title of an Audi/BMW Specialist.
I tend to think out of the box with most things and when there is a will there is a way and I am extremely meticulous in the way I work and take great pride and honor in having the opportunity to work on someones vehicle.
Lydia - Ford Technician
Please give a warm welcome to Lydia our newest member of the Miss Automotive team! She's completed her level 3 with Ford main dealer before coming over to us to widen her horizons.
We are super pleased to have Lydia on board she is such a key member of the team here and has really lightened the workload for us.
Lydia has a passion for BMWs and thinking outside the box, she also is seriously good at doing 'the worm' - roll on the Christmas dos!
Leroy - Trainee Technician
Leroy started with us in September 2025 part time to see how he would get on alongside his schooling. All we can say is he's got a gift!
From the minute he come down to us he has showed resiliance, unparalled problem solving and just a genuine keeness to get involved. We couldn't be happier with him. So much so, he is joining us full time in September 2026 as an apprentice which we will help him with to get his qualifications.
He is an avid biker and we have just booked his CBT as a reward for all his hard work to get him on the road.
We are so proud of you Leroy and can't wait to see how far you go!
Tommy - Head of Sanity Keeping
Tommy has been with Sophie since 2018 and has listened to the endless procrastination about starting the business which has earned him the title of Sanity Keeping!
Tommy loves nothing more than a snooze and you can usually find him in the office doing just that - working hard, or hardly working right?
When he is not sleeping you can find him comforting Soph during the end of month accounts or playing on the beach of a weekend.

Rossi - Head of Moral Boosting
Aptly named after Valentino Rossi, there is absolutely never a dull day when Rossi is around, it's like having a full time stand-up comedian come rain or shine.
Rossi joined our family in November 2022 having been rescued from a particularly nasty previous home - how anyone could be mean to him we'll never know, but his little personality is really starting to shine through. He's taken quite a liking to Sophie and if you can see her you can just about guarantee Rossi will be under her feet!
We couldn't list all the things Rossi loves to do, because he loves to do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING, we've learnt a lot from him; how to be patient and how to just be present and enjoy life.
One thing we all know for sure is we just couldn't do it without him!
